Attendance Policy Updated 1 january2026 Payment is due in person at the time of your appointment . Your Appointment. is reserved specifically for you, and both your time and mine are valuable. When you don’t show up or cancel at the last minute, it prevents me from offering that time to someone else who may need treatment. Showing up for your appointment helps keep my clinic running smoothly and ensures I can continue providing care to all my clients. 24 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide more than 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer your time slot to someone else. No-Shows 💲Fees for No-Shows: > No-shows may be charged 50% or 100% of the service cost, depending on the circumstances. 📅 Fair Booking Policy: > I am happy to reschedule after a missed visit. However, please note that after 2 no-shows, future appointments will be restricted. Priority booking is strictly given to clients who respect both my time and their own. Pre-payment will be required for any approved future sessions. Rescheduling is welcome, but prepayment may be required for future bookings. Life happens—If you had an emergency, please reach out. If You Are Sick: Reschedule Your Appointment: If you are feeling unwell, have symptoms of a cold, flu, fever, or any contagious illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This includes symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, sore throat, or shortness of breath. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate you at a later date. No Penalty for Illness: We understand that illness can arise unexpectedly. As a courtesy, we will not charge a cancellation fee if you need to cancel or reschedule due to illness. Your health and the health of others are most important. Be Mindful of Others: Attending your appointment while sick can put others, including vulnerable clients, at risk. Please respect our request to reschedule for the safety of everyone involved.
